YUSAYN ("we", "us", "our") operates the website yusayn.in. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the site and any purchase made through it. By browsing or ordering from us, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
All products are described and priced as accurately as possible at the time of listing. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to display settings. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.
Since we operate in small batches, some pieces are limited in stock. If an item you've ordered sells out before your order is confirmed, we'll notify you and offer a refund or a substitute where possible.
Orders can be placed via our website checkout using UPI, supported payment apps, or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. A COD handling fee may apply as shown at checkout. Once an order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
We currently ship within India. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees — delays due to courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our liability. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact, within 7 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, contact us at hello@yusayn.in with your order details. Items marked final sale, or damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or as store credit, where agreed) within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Coupon codes are subject to the terms shown at the time they're issued — including minimum order values and validity windows. Only one coupon may be applied per order unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
All designs, graphics, logos, product photography, and content on this site are the property of YUSAYN and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
YUSAYN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, so please check back periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
